Callum Todd

Head of Technical
Callum is our Head of Technical. Formerly a full time engineer, as the head of the support desk, he brings his years of onsite experience to our Remote Support team. He is passionate about delivering the best service to our clients and helping each team member to achieve their own personal development goals.

He really enjoys the challenges that come with working at a managed service provider, as no two days are the same. He has an outgoing personality and is always happy to help a customer in need.

In his spare time, he enjoys keeping fit at the gym, playing guitar and watching movies.
