Level 1 IT Technician
Lauren works as a Level 1 IT Technician on our remote helpdesk, helping solve our customers’ IT queries.
Lauren’s fascination with all things technological started at a young age when her father, who had his own computer repair company, taught her how to build and fix PCs. She had so much fun doing this, that she decided to pursue a career in IT.
Since joining Carden IT Services, she’s enjoyed expanding her skill set and putting her technical expertise to work in a helpdesk environment.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys RPG gaming and is also a local DJ, playing in bars throughout Sussex and London.
