Daniel Jimenez

IT Support Engineer
Daniel is an IT Support Engineer on our US IT remote support team. As a first point of contact for our IT support clients, he helps to troubleshoot their IT and provide them with remote solutions.

Since his early teens, Daniel has had an aptitude for problem solving and engineering. He was fixing PCs - first out of necessity and then for fun - for years before it became his career, often having to rely on his self-taught technical skills to keep older machines working.

When he’s not at our support desk, Daniel enjoys the martial art of WuShu, movies and anime, or debating over which motorcycle to get for next summer (he’s currently leaning towards a Honda Rebel)!
